Parent Learning Walks at Versia Williams Elementary School
If you want to see something new and exciting, take a walk with our parents each month as they visit classrooms on our monthly parent learning walks. Parents partner with the school and visit classrooms to see all the exciting happenings taking place. Parents use jot sheets to collect evidence of what is taking place in classrooms.
At the end of each walk, parents have an opportunity to debrief and discuss evidence collected. They also write “Kudos” to each teacher thanking them for allowing them to visit their classrooms and something positive that caught their attention during their visit.
