Our History

Mrs. Versia L. Williams

Originally dedicated as Riverside Elementary School in May 1955, the school was renamed for its longtime principal, Versia L. Williams. The original two room elementary school is still standing on Lasalle Street.

We are dedicated to serving in our close-knit community and to continuing the tradition of the neighborhood school.
