Fort Hood, Texas – All flags in the Fort Worth Independent School District will fly at half-staff to honor the memory of those who died at Fort Hood.  

Governor Rick Perry ordered District U.S. and state flags to fly at half-staff until sunset on Sunday, November 8, 2009.
