About Your Counselors

Crystal Jennings, M.Ed.

Education: I received my Master’s in School Counseling from Texas Christian University.  I also earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education from Texas Christian University. My Associate of Art degree was completed at Tarrant County College.

Experience: I have been privileged to be a part of the Fort Worth ISD for the past 10 years. I taught second grade at Waverly Park Elementary and I am privileged to be the primary counselor (PK-2nd) here at South Hills. I enjoy working with our wonderful teachers, students, and parents. Go Wildcats!

Bio: I have been married to my husband Mark for 17 years, and have two wonderful children. In my spare time I like to read, cook, travel, listen to music, play board games, and help my husband with our new baby calves, Christmas Carol and Brown Bean!  I am a horned frog fan for life. GO FROGS!!!!!

Terri Casebier, MEd.  

Education: I have my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education from Kansas State University.  I also hold two Masters of Arts degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Christian social work fields.  My most recent Masters of Education is in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.

Counseling Experience:  1 year at Boyd Middle School, Boyd, Texas counseling grades 7-8, and 4 years here at South Hills Elementary School counseling grades 3-5

Teaching Experience: I have taught for 5 full years grades 6-8.  Three years in Brownsville ISD, one year at Leonard Middle School in FWISD, and one year in Lake Worth ISD.  I also substituted for Fort Worth ISD for two years, teaching all grades.

Bio: I When I'm not spending time with your children, I try to spend as much time as possible with my husband and my own two beautiful children (3 and 5 months).  I love to play board games, sing, talk, and organize things for others.  Math is my favorite subject!  :)
