M.L. Phillips Elementary School will receive a series of renovations including upgrades to the life safety system, the security system, the electrical system, and the air conditioning system, and new ceilings and lighting. The Public Address system will be upgraded to provide 2-way communication, several doors will be replaced, the roof will be replaced over the main building and the activity center, and several accessibility improvements will be made.
