Principal - Patty Cote
Mrs. Cote graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with her Master's Degree in Administration. She has been the principal at the school since 2008. At Mary Louise Phillips students and staff are expected to go the extra mile each and every day. Students and staff strive to be a part of the 212 degree club. At 211 degrees, water is only hot. But at 212 degrees, it boils! 212 degrees is the one extra degree of effort we put into everything we do to be the best we can be! Students and staff are encouraged daily to exert that one extra degree of effort, kindness, gratitude, and perseverance in order to enrich their lives and the lives of others.
Counselor - Rachel Case
Mrs. Case has been with FWISD at Mary Louise Phillips since 1999. Mrs. Case has eight years of teaching experience and is currently in her fourth year as a school counselor. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Baylor University. Mrs. Case continued her education at Texas Wesleyan University, holds a Masters of Education M.Ed., Masters of School Counseling MSC, and is a certified Texas school counselor. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and especially loves playing with her baby boy.
Counselor- Mrs. Garner
Mrs. Garner attended UTA and received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication with a Minor in Spanish. She received her Master of Education degree in Counseling from Tarleton State University. This is her 3rd year as a counselor and she taught 6 years prior to that. Her favorite part of being a counselor is that she is sometimes one of the only people that students feel they can come talk to about problems they are having. Mrs. Garner loves when they are comfortable enough to confide in her so she can help them with what they are going through. In her spare time she likes to cook, go shopping, spend time outdoors, and be with her family and friends.
