Fort Worth After School
A.M. Pate Elementary is now participating in a collaborative partnership with Clayton YES and Fort Worth After School. These two programs are committed to providing students with after school tutoring and enrichment activities. 

 Mission Statements

Clayton Yes: The mission of Clayton Youth Enrichment Services is to provide quality programs during out-of-school time that meet the diverse needs of our communities' children, youth, and families.

 

 

To provide quality before and after school programs in a safe environment that result in education, physical, and social development for elementary, middle, and high school students.

 Code of Conduct Requirements

*Students must observe school and District Codes of Conduct.
*Students will attend the program regularly.
*Students will respect all school and program property.
*Students will follow instructions.
*Students will demonstrate courtesy.
*Students will conduct themselves in a responsible manner.
*Students will observe safety procedures at all times.
*Students will leave school premises on time at the end of the program day.
*The intent to harm (physical or emotional) any child or adult (hitting, scratching, kicking, fighting, teasing, name-calling, bullying) will not be tolerated.
*No food, drinks, gum in classrooms. Provided snack only in cafeteria.
*Cooperate with staff and teachers at all times.
 

 Code of Conduct Consequences

1st Strike: Student will receive a verbal warning.
2nd Strike: Student's parents will be notified of the offense with a Parent Communication form.
3rd Strike: Student will be prohibited from participating in the Program.
 
Major Offense Clause
Any student committing a major offense, including, but not limited to, physical abuse of others, profanity, insubordination, sexual harassment, leaving school grounds without permission, falsification of record, among others, will receive a strike three consequence.
