Principal - Blanca Galindo

Mrs. Galindo is serving in her second year as the principal of Rufino Mendoza Elementary.  She is completing her fifth year as an administrator and 12th year as an educator.  Mrs. Galindo earned her BA in History from the University of North Texas and then completed her Masters of Education from Tarleton State University.   

 Assistant Principal - Rebecca Forman

Rebecca Forman is thrilled to join the Mighty Trojan Community at Rufino Mendoza Sr. Elementary!  While it is her first year at Mendoza, she has had the opportunity to be a part of the FWISD for twelve years.  She is truly honored to be here and anticipates a successful year for all! 

Ms. Forman earned her undergraduate degree at Brandeis University in Massachusetts where she studied sociology, women's studies, and education.   Although she grew up in New York, Ms. Forman settled in Fort Worth and graduated from TCU with a Masters in Education and her principal certification.  She is proud to serve Mendoza's community and encourages parents to partner up with faculty/staff to increase students' success!!

When she's not at school, Ms. Forman enjoys spending time with her loving, inspiring, entertaining, and supportive family (including her parents, sister, and husband).  She also stays very busy with her canine children - Chloe, Fiona, and Molly.
