My name is Connie Bursey. I graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 2002 with a BA in Elementary Education.  I worked very hard in school and was excited to become a certified educator. I graduated Magna Cum Laude and was hired by FWISD that spring semester. I have taught 4th grade (Math, Science, Social Studies) every year since I came to Meadowbrook (2002)! I am married (29 years this December) to a wonderful man and we have 3 sons. I also have 6 (that's right) wonderful grandchildren ranging in age from 11/2 years to 18 years old. Fall is my favorite season of the year. My favorite color is green. I love to do crafts and read. Advice? Read, learn, try, never give up!
