Dean Pritchett - Principal
Dean Pritchett was born and raised in Corsicana, Texas, where he attended Corsicana High School. He received his Bachelor's of Science degree from Texas A & M University and his Master's degree from Tarleton State University. This year marks Mr. Pritchett's sixth year at Leonard Middle School. He and his wife Angel have a son, Christopher, who is 8 years old. Mr. Pritchett's goal for Leonard Middle School is to be a Recognized School. |

Michelle Lynette Dean - Assistant Principal
Michelle Lynette Dean was born and raised in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Illinois and her Master of Theological Studies (MTS) degree from Brite Divinity School at TCU, in Fort Worth, TX. After a 14 year career in elementary education, Michelle continues her career, transitioning to secondary education. Prior to joining the Leonard Middle School staff, she completed an Assistant Principal Residency at Atwood McDonald Elementary School as a member of the Aspiring Principals Program, Cohort II. During this residency, Michelle received her Master of Education degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She and her husband, Clifford, have enjoyed 25 years of marriage. They have one daughter and one grandson. Michelle’s goal for Leonard Middle School is for teachers and students to experience a caring, nurturing, and supportive atmosphere, allowing everyone to truly believe and achieve their goals and dreams. |

Brian Lott - Assistant Principal
Brian Lott was born in Alexandria, Louisiana and was raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a graduate of Paschal High School. Mr. Lott graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Marketing and received his Master of Education from The University of North Texas. This will be Mr. Lott's fifth year at Leonard Middle School. Prior to coming to Leonard he was at Success High School and Southwest High School. Mr. Lott's goal for Leonard Middle School is for every student to dream big and have the knowledge to reach those dreams.
