Dear Eastern Hills High School parents,
As our most important partner in teaching your child, Fort Worth ISD would like to know what you think about our schools: what you like and what you think should change. Please take a few minutes to answer the survey below. You only need to answer the questions once, no matter how many children you have enrolled at EHHS.
Your responses are confidential. They will not be shared with the principal, and your child’s name will not be matched to your responses.
