Ms. Aldridge Team Leader - Reading
|
Educational Background: Baylor University and Troy State University
Educational Philosophy: I believe that as a teacher I am morally obligated to enter the classroom with only the highest of expectations for each and every one of my students. I believe all students can and will learn and that it is my role to challenge them. Therefore, my goal is to maximize each student’s learning potential by encouraging students to be self motivated to monitor their learning and by building confidence in their display of academic knowledge. This, I believe, will foster academic growth.
Each day, I will model bringing input, positive attitude, and solutions to class. I believe that I owe it to my students, as well as our community, to be fair, consistent, and diligent. I hope I can plant such traits in our students as well! |
