Just a reminder that beginning in the 2009 -2010 school year, grade 3 students no longer have three administrations ofTAKS reading; in addition, the SSI grade retention no longer applies to grade 3. SSI requirements will still apply to grades 5 & 8 and will continue to have three testing opportunities for reading and math. The first administration for 5th & 8th grade reading has been moved from early March to early April. Below are the testing dates for grades 5 & 8 math and reading:
