Personal Philosophy of School Counseling:

I believe proper educational placement is essential to an academic career.  Through observation, testing, analysis, and consultation I will ensure each student has the opportunity for the best placement to enrich their academic needs.

I seek community, parental, and staff involvement through activities, organized events, meetings, organizations, and personal communication.  I actively recruit interest in our students by educating them on how they can offer support.  I let them know they are appreciated by communication and random acts of appreciation.Through discipline, education, counseling, and guidance I help my students form the skills needed to become the leaders of the future and citizens who will contribute beneficially to the world that surrounds them.  I continue to be diligent and dedicated to my calling, in hopes that one day my students will also be.
