The Fort Worth ISD is offering 2011-2012 9th grade students who failed any core course, but passed the STAAR End of Course exam, the opportunity to obtain course credit by taking a District produced Credit by Exam (CBE).
The CBE is for students who did not enroll in summer school and still need to receive credit.
The CBE will be administered from Monday, July 23 through Friday, July 27 according to the following schedule:

All CBEs will be given at Wilkerson-Greines Activity Center, 5201 C.A. Roberson in Fort Worth. Participants must present a picture ID in order to take any test.
Parents have been notified by letter if their student has been identified as qualifying for the credit recovery opportunity. Students or parents should call Secondary School Leadership to indicate if they will attend an exam. The number is 817-814-2350.
