Summary: The Fort Worth ISD will conduct the annual Prevail to Graduation Walk to re-enroll school-aged students on Saturday, September 15, 2012.
District Superintendent Walter Dansby will walk door-to-door to personally encourage students who have not re-enrolled in school to return to the classroom. Mr. Dansby will be accompanied by community leaders who will engage students and their families about completing school.
“We are looking for those kids who were in school last spring but didn’t return this fall,” said Mr. Dansby. “Sometimes all they need is a little encouragement and that’s what we hope to provide.”
